At Bijli Studio, we meet people from different professions every week. Entrepreneurs, coaches, doctors, authors, trainers, artists, and creators walk into our studio with one common goal: to create meaningful content.

Recently, we had the pleasure of hostingAatmn Parmarfor a Solocasting recording for her curriculum. Aatmn is a homeopath, teacher, regression therapist, and the author of several thought provoking books, including:

What impressed me was not just her credentials. It was her preparation.

She walked into the studio with complete clarity about how she wanted to present herself on camera. Every detail mattered. She carried her own props, jewellery, and styling accessories. Even something as simple as double sided tape was an essential part of her preparation, ensuring everything stayed perfectly in place throughout the shoot.

At one point, she needed some plants and same Plants in her background, Within minutes, she asked her team to arranged it through Porter, allowing the shoot to continue seamlessly. It reminded me that being prepared is not about having expensive equipment. It is about knowing exactly what you need to deliver your best.

What stood out even more was the atmosphere she created.

Many people can speak when a camera starts recording.

Very few can light up the room.

She was cheerful, calm, confident, and genuinely enjoyed the entire process. Her smile was natural, her energy was contagious, and her confidence made everyone around her comfortable. Instead of feeling like a recording session, it felt like an inspiring conversation.

As a studio owner, I often think our role is to provide cameras, microphones, lights, and a professional environment.

But every now and then, a guest reminds us that learning happens on both sides of the camera.

Every creator who walks into the studio brings something unique. It may be a habit, a mindset, a preparation style, or a perspective that teaches us something new.

Learning rarely announces itself.

It never says, "I am here to teach you."

You have to observe.

You have to stay curious.

You have to pay attention.

Most importantly, you must always be willing to learn, adapt, and upgrade yourself.
