Booking & Payments
How do I book a session?+
You can book your session by calling, WhatsApp, or submitting an enquiry through our website. We'll confirm your preferred date and time based on availability.
Do I need to pay in advance?+
Yes. An advance payment is required to confirm your booking. The remaining amount can be paid before or after your recording session.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept Bank Transfers (NEFT, RTGS & IMPS), UPI Payments, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and Cash.

Can I pay after my recording session?+
An advance payment is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance can be paid before leaving the studio.
Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?+
Yes. Bookings can be rescheduled subject to availability. Please inform us as early as possible.
Can I book a one-time session or recurring sessions?+
Both. Whether you need a single recording session or a monthly content schedule, we offer flexible booking options.
Do you offer discounts for regular creators?+
Yes. We offer attractive monthly and bulk recording packages for creators, agencies, businesses, and podcast hosts who record regularly.
Can I extend my booking if I need more time?+
Yes, subject to studio availability. Additional time will be charged as per our pricing.
What are your working hours?+
Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Sunday and public holiday bookings are available for a minimum 5-hour slot with prior confirmation.
Recording & Production
How long is a recording session?+
Sessions can be booked hourly, half-day, full-day, or as customised packages for regular creators.
Do you record in HD or 4K?+
Yes. We offer both HD and 4K recording depending on your content requirements.
Can I record multiple videos in one session?+
Absolutely. Many creators record several podcasts, reels, and promotional videos during a single booking.
Can I bring a guest or co-host?+
Yes. We support solo podcasts, interviews, and multi-person discussions.
Can I use my own camera or microphone?+
Yes. You're welcome to use your own equipment or combine it with our professional studio setup.
Can I bring my own props or branding materials?+
Yes. Bring products, banners, books, laptops, or any branding materials to personalise your content.
What should I wear for my shoot?+
Solid colours are recommended for the best on-camera appearance. Avoid busy patterns, reflective clothing, and outfits with large logos. If you plan to use our Green Screen (Chroma Key) setup, please avoid wearing green or similar shades, as they can interfere with the background replacement.
Can I change outfits during my session?+
Yes. You're welcome to bring multiple outfits if you're recording different videos during the same session.
Is a teleprompter available?+
Yes. We provide teleprompters for scripted videos, presentations, and promotional content.
Can I preview my recording during the session?+
Yes. Live monitoring allows you to review framing, audio, and camera angles before and during recording.
Do you provide professional microphones?+
Yes. We use premium microphones and professional audio equipment to ensure crystal-clear sound quality.
Why should I choose a 3-camera setup?+
A 3-camera setup captures multiple angles simultaneously, making your podcasts more engaging and reducing editing time.

Is Wi-Fi available?+
Yes. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the studio.
Do you offer monthly creator packages?+
Yes. We have flexible monthly plans for regular content creators.
Do you provide photography services?+
No. Bijli Studio specializes in professional video production, including podcasts, solocasts, interviews, reels, UGC videos, and business content. We currently do not offer photography services.
Do you provide podcast recording outside the studio?+
No. All podcast and video recordings are conducted exclusively at Bijli Studio. We currently do not provide outdoor or on-location recording services.
Can I bring my own videographer or photographer?+
Yes. External creative teams are welcome.
Do you provide makeup or styling services?+
These services can be arranged upon request through our trusted partners.
Do you charge GST?+
Yes. Bijli Studio operates under The Market Boss (TMB), a GST-registered company. GST invoices are issued for every booking.
